- Corporate restructuring of a Publically Listed diverse Australian manufacturing conglomerate- IA was the main consultant managing the debt refinancing. IA also assisted in the development and successful execution of an Asset Divestment Plan totalling AUD 300 mill of non-core assets and subsequent debt reduction for the Group. The group’s business activities included textile, manufacturing, household consumables, building products and automotive components.
- Restructured and renegotiated Investment Portfolio Debt facilities for a Listed Australian Property Trust.
- Successfully negotiated various Joint Venture Property Development Debt Facilities for a Listed Australian Property Trust.
- Mandated and completed the AUD debt refinancing for a listed Australian commercial property trust.
- Restructured and renegotiated Development and Construction Debt facilities for a Listed Australian Property Development Company.
- Completed the review and implemented the operational/ production cost reduction strategy for an Australian Agribusiness.
- Designed and implemented the production and transportation cost reduction, sales and distribution strategy for a privately owned packaged ice manufacturer in Australia.
- Advised and assisted a local telecommunications equipment company with negotiations during a proposed takeover bid from a major overseas telecommunications company.
- Raised USD 400mill through a USD private placement program for a major private Australian manufacturing company.
- Developed production and sales improvement program (increasing EBITDA by >$400,000) for a Victorian Agribusiness
